    Ingredients

    • Avocado Caprese Bites
    • 1 package of organic cherry tomatoes
    • 1 avocado – cut into 1/2 inch pieces
    • 1/4 cup of basil leaves
    • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons of champagne vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper flakes
    • Meyer Lemon Spritzer
    • 3 cups of Meyer lemon lemonade – if not available any lemonade will do
    • 2 cups of sparkling water
    • 2 cups of white wine – Sauvignon Blanc works well
    • 3 shots of vodka
    • Meyer lemon slices for garnishing
